walkwhilereading: I’m so proud of my hockey club, especially Kevin Bieksa for carrying on the legacy of Rick Rypien, with this new website designed to help our youth struggling with mental illness. Rick Rypien was a long time suffer, of depression, and chose to end his life instead of live it. He’s missed by all of us, but for the ones that also suffer, like me, this website helps bring awareness, to an often misunderstood affliction. For any of the young tumblr’s out there, thinking they may be struggling, with something going on inside that may not feel right. Please message me and I’d be more then willing to answer questions, or offer a word of support. You’re never alone and don’t struggle all by yourself.
